What you will do

• Advise Product Safety, Regulatory, Compliance, Global Quality & Excellence, and Corporate EHS teams on product compliance and safety matters.
• Provide legal research and advice on global regulatory frameworks applicable to hirify.global products.
• Assist in risk assessments, CE marking, declarations, and global product compliance.
• Collaborate with Development & Engineering, Sourcing & Procurement, Customer Support, and other stakeholders to manage regulatory risks.
• Prepare and review legal guidance, memos, policies, and training materials.
• Monitor emerging regulatory trends in semiconductor industry, sustainability, chemicals, and product safety.
• Support knowledge protection matters like trade secrets and IP disputes as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law.
• Approximately 5–7 years of experience as legal counsel, preferably in high-tech manufacturing or regulatory-heavy industry.
• Interest in or exposure to product regulatory law, safety, or compliance (e.g., CE marking, REACH, RoHS).
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology per US Export Administration Regulations prior to starting work.
