What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring effective execution of testing tasks.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing in FX Risk and banking applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into test cases.
• Drive adoption of automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, JIRA, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and thorough testing of FX Risk and banking scenarios.
• Maintain QA metrics, dashboards, and reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in QA, including 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong background in banking industry with FX Risk experience.
• Proficient in manual and automated testing with tools like JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Cypress, Jenkins, GitLab.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and FX Risk/banking products.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE).
• Cloud-based testing (AWS, Azure).
