What you will do
- Define and own testing strategy for your domain, ensuring end-to-end quality and compliance.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests (API, UI, Mobile) as primary contributor.
- Champion shift-left mindset, collaborating with Product Owners and Developers from refinement stage.
- Drive adoption of central automation frameworks and CI/CD processes in the mission team.
- Coach developers and junior QA on automation best practices; leverage AI tools like Claude and GitHub Copilot.
- Coordinate complex testing including microservices, security, performance, and test data strategies.
Requirements
- 5+ years in QA Automation/SDET roles leading quality in Agile teams.
- Strong proficiency in C# or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience testing financial systems (card issuing, transaction processing, credit risk).
- Hands-on with UI tools (Playwright, Cypress) and API frameworks (REST Assured).
- Familiarity with Azure, Git, and CI/CD integration.
- Ability to influence without authority on automation and quality priorities.
