What you will do
- Assist in the generation and sourcing of relevant resumes.
- Conduct research on industry and competitor trends through data collection and surveys.
- Provide detailed recruitment reports to Team Leaders.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain organized candidate and client data.
- Perform general administrative and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Currently studying in a reputable university.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work both in teams and individually.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proactive mindset with the drive to take responsibility for a business desk.
