What you will do

• Plan system-level test and verification activities ensuring full traceability across the lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive test documentation, including Verification Plans, Test Procedures, and Test Reports.
• Design and maintain Test Benches using software and embedded systems to enable system validation.
• Execute V&V campaigns for UAS systems, subsystems, and full-aircraft testing.
• Coordinate system testing and verification at accredited laboratories.
• Support certification evidence generation and collaborate with regulatory authorities.

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with UAS verification preparation and execution.
• Proficiency in programming with C/C++, Python, MATLAB, and C#.
• Knowledge of LabView and requirements management tools such as DOORS, Polarion, or JAMA.
• Excellent English proficiency for technical documentation; German is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the system engineering V-model and industry standards (e.g., ARP4754A/B, MIL-STD).

Nice to have

• A1–A3 and A2 UAS pilot certificates.
• Radio License.
• Fluency in German.
