What you will do

• Analyze large federal datasets to identify financial trends, anomalies, and areas for process efficiency.
• Develop interactive dashboards and executive-level reports using PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Deploy automated tools using Python, R, SQL, or UiPath to streamline manual financial reconciliation processes.
• Synthesize data from DoW platforms to support audit and leadership decision-making.
• Communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical senior leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial systems management.
• 5+ years of experience utilizing data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik).
• Demonstrated experience developing automated tools (Python, R, SQL, UiPath) for financial processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Must be based in or able to work in Rockville, MD

Nice to have

• Master's Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology.
• Experience with GFEBS and other DoW financial systems (e.g., DDRS).
• Certifications in data analytics or process automation (e.g., CAP, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate, or UiPath Certified Professional).
