What you will do

• Process applicants through security procedures, evaluating information, verifying identity and citizenship, fingerprinting, and capturing biometrics.
• Initiate background investigations and PIV e745 requests.
• Assist with scheduling security appointments and onboarding activities like NEO.
• Maintain databases, ensure quality control, and provide process improvement recommendations.
• Perform administrative functions and support for the security office.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with HSPD-12 and FIPS 201-1 requirements.
• Good knowledge of MS Office 365.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or higher.
• 2 years of experience in security field, preferably federal personnel security.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
