What you will do

• Facilitate communication across senior client interfaces and company partnerships.
• Formulate and review task plans and deliverable items with customers and contractors.
• Develop mission and vision statements and subsequent goal delineation for the organization.
• Guide the creation of operational plans and specify measurable outcomes, including capital outlay planning.
• Prioritize initiatives to ensure strategic goals are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in English, Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of Program Management experience.
• Experience working with DOD military or civilian customers.
• Ability to organize and manage technical aspects of complex deliverables across multiple related tasks.
• Must be located in or able to work in Falls Church, VA.

• Experience with blood banking, blood safety, or blood regulations.
