What you will do

• Lead operational planning for air, space, and cyber operations supporting Theater JFACC priorities.
• Integrate multi-domain intelligence into the Joint Targeting Cycle for strike package development and effects assessment.
• Ensure strike plans comply with ROE, LOAC, and collateral damage estimation requirements.
• Develop and refine plans using JPPA and the Air Tasking Orders (ATO) cycle.
• Coordinate with joint, coalition, and interagency partners for synchronized operational execution.
• Support C2 modernization and integrate innovative technologies into planning workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of experience in joint operational planning, targeting, or command and control.
• Expertise in the Joint Planning Process, Joint Targeting Cycle, and MAAP/ATO production.
• Experience integrating multi-source intelligence into kinetic/non-kinetic targeting plans.
• Proven leadership in joint or coalition operational environments or combat operations.
• Proficiency with AOC systems such as LINK16, TBMCS, GCCS, MIDB, JTT, and Palantir.
• Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility is required.

Nice to have

• Joint duty qualified or completion of JPME I.
• Completion of advanced military planning courses (e.g., C2WAC, Joint Targeting School, Combat Targeting Course).
• Prior experience supporting operations within the USCENTOM AOR.
• Strong understanding of C2 modernization and digital transformation within joint operations.
