What you will do
- Secure air, car, and hotel accommodations for government agencies, ensuring compliance with all travel regulations.
- Maintain queues throughout the day and complete cancellation or change processes with client notifications.
- Provide updates to client agencies on travel status and information.
- Conduct research on travel industry changes, trends, and offerings to advise clients effectively.
- Maintain professional customer service, recommending value-added services.
Requirements
- On-site presence at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, OK required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Travel industry experience
- Working knowledge of WorldSpan and SABRE GDS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills and positive attitude
- Proactive approach to systems and processes
