What you will do

• Perform testing related to blood typing, cross matching, and blood product compatibility.
• Analyze and report on blood product compatibility.
• Assess country supply chains, including collection, processing, and storage capabilities.
• Provide reports and briefings to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry, Hematology, or minimum three additional years' experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory scientist role working with DOD military or civilian customers.
• Expertise in transfusion medicine, blood typing, and cross matching.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to assess supply chains and manage expectations with diverse stakeholders.
