What you will do

• Perform full machine set-ups for new and repeat jobs, including aligning work holding and indicating fixtures.
• Operate CNC mills, make offset adjustments, and inspect parts using precision measuring tools.
• Conduct dry runs, prove-out processes, and complete first piece article inspections.
• Maintain production rates, document results, and communicate issues to team leaders, quality, and engineering.
• Ensure consistent attendance and dependability.

Requirements

• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Laconia, NH, United States
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with CNC milling machine set-ups (3-axis, 4-axis preferred).
• Experience working with tight tolerances and precision parts.
• 1-3 years operating CNC mills; 3-5 years set-up experience preferred.
