IT Manager (Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise technology solutions across cloud, on-premise, and collaboration platforms.
• Architect and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.
• Implement security controls and ensure technical compliance with NIST, ISO, and FedRAMP frameworks.
• Lead technical deployments, upgrades, migrations, and tenant consolidations with minimal operational disruption.
• Collaborate with business units and vendors to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and create technical documentation, including runbooks and SOPs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments.
• Advanced expertise in Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and Microsoft 365 identity platforms.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-platform technical issues.
• Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Must be based in the USA to be eligible for company benefits (401K, US health insurance).

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, AWS, VMware, Security+, or CISSP.
• Experience in regulated or government-contract environments.
• Proficiency with automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale technical initiatives.
