Focus on conducting fact-finding interviews, securing reservations across airline/hotel/car systems, managing queues and changes, and providing travel advisories/updates.

Location: On-site training required in Virginia Beach, VA; remote thereafter

What you will do

• Serve as travel expert for corporate clients, planning all aspects of business travel per policies.
• Conduct interviews to understand needs and book cost-effective arrangements using reservation systems for airlines, hotels, cars, Amtrak, etc.
• Track and manage operational queues (Action, Error, Cancel) and complete cancellations/changes with client notifications.
• Provide updates on itineraries, advisories (passports, visas, vaccinations, customs).
• Research industry changes, trends, and offerings to advise clients accurately.
• Maintain superb customer service, recommend value-added services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of travel consultant experience
• On-site training in Virginia Beach, VA required
