TL;DR

Accountant (Finance): Responsible for credit control, accounts receivable management, fixed assets and inventory management, and supporting accurate financial reporting in compliance with local regulations. Focus on timely invoice creation and submission, daily cash collections, debtors reporting and analysis, customer relations, risk mitigation, and process improvements.

What you will do

  • Handle credit control: create and submit compliant invoices, review daily collections, investigate deductions, generate debtors reports and action plans.
  • Build customer relationships, resolve payment issues, collaborate with sales and service teams.
  • Identify credit risks and propose mitigation measures.
  • Improve processes with automation and reporting platforms in collaboration with divisional resources.
  • Manage fixed assets register and sightings, support inventory cycle and yearly counts with operations.
  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations, debtors reports, CAPEX submissions, and minimum controls.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of finance experience in a multinational company.
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Good knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and relevant Thailand regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel; experience with SAP is an advantage.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, business acumen, change management, independence, and team-player mindset.
