Salary: €4,280 – €6,585 per month

What you will do

• Lead ERP implementation projects for new customers from inception to go-live.
• Analyze manufacturing and operational business processes to gather technical and functional requirements.
• Configure ERP solutions and support testing, validation, and data migration.
• Lead customer workshops and provide training for end users and customer teams.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in Germany and the Netherlands.
• Help drive the expansion and growth of the German market.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and experience leading implementation projects.
• Deep understanding of industrial and manufacturing business processes.
• Native German language skills.
• Professional English communication skills.
• Must be based in Germany.
• Willingness to travel to client sites 2-3 days per week.
