What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI-powered product experiences from concept to production.
• Architect scalable AI systems using LLMs, embeddings, multimodal models, retrieval systems, and agent frameworks.
• Implement production-grade multi-agent workflows and RAG systems with vector search and relevance tuning.
• Develop multimodal AI workflows for image analysis, creative assets, and visual datasets.
• Create AI-assisted search, discovery, content generation, personalization, and creative tooling.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and leadership to translate ideas into production AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years building and shipping production software, including full-stack experience.
• Success deploying production AI/ML systems and AI-powered products.
• Deep experience with LLMs, embeddings, multimodal AI, RAG, multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph/LangChain.
• Strong fundamentals in backend, APIs, data pipelines, cloud, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python.
• Experience with multimodal models, visual analysis, image workflows at scale.
• Systems thinking for trade-offs in latency, cost, scalability, accuracy; independent problem-solving; product instincts and visual sensibility.
