What you will do

• Ensure the quality of software and business processes through thorough QA and validation practices.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, testable requirements.
• Identify and implement opportunities for smart automation and thoughtful process redesign.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to eliminate operational inefficiencies and document existing processes.
• Monitor and optimize quality metrics, including defect detection, test case coverage, and resolution time.
• Achieve strategic operational enhancements through process formalization and ongoing improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, business analysis, or process improvement.
• Demonstrated experience in at least two of: software testing, requirements analysis, or business process analysis.
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).
• Ability to work within Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments.
