• Collaborate on features, design concepts, interactive prototypes, ensuring UX specifications and best practices.

• Oversee full software consulting cycle from ideation to deployment and mentor less-experienced peers.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of full stack experience using Python/Nodejs + React with object-oriented programming.
• Skillfully write high-quality, well-tested code; comfortable with Agile (XP, Scrum, Kanban), TDD, CI/CD.
• Deep technical knowledge to solve complex problems; advocate technical excellence while open to change.
• Presence in external tech community via speaking, open source, blogs.
• Resilient in ambiguous situations, approaching challenges from multiple perspectives.
