Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (LabOps)

Salary: From 175,300 PLN gross annually (Poland) + 10% incentive target.

What you will do

• Develop and modify information system programs for lab operations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Support implementation of requirements across multiple platforms, OS, and applications.
• Analyze and resolve application issues, devise procedures, and recommend solutions considering equipment limits.
• Identify system requirements by interviewing users, analyzing applications, and evaluating systems.
• Monitor project progress, track activity, resolve problems, and publish reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 5+ years with modern JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React.js, Angular or similar).
• 5+ years backend development (Django, Flask, FastAPI or equivalent).
• Proven track record delivering software solutions and working with users.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to travel internationally (~10%) with valid passport.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience in electrical lab (electrical engineering, test equipment, soldering).
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub, TypeScript, Azure/AWS, Docker, Linux/bash scripts, Azure DevOps/Jira.
