What you will do

• Optimize Workday configurations to ensure accurate ACA recommendations.
• Lead full lifecycle Workday deployments for large enterprise organizations.
• Configure Open Enrollment, eligibility rules, and coverage targets.
• Develop functional specifications and detailed configuration documentation.
• Analyze and troubleshoot complex configuration and integration issues.
• Manage vendor integrations and advanced/composite reporting using EIBs.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
• Minimum of 8 years of Workday experience with deep specialization in Workday Benefits.
• Required: Workday Benefits Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. health & welfare and retirement plans.
