What you will do

• Design and configure Workday Financials modules for financial operations including General Ledger, Procure-to-Pay, and Expenses
• Drive configuration quality, platform stability, and issue resolution through root-cause analysis and timely fixes
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, procurement stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Provide hands-on support using Workday tools, business processes, and security configurations
• Implement optimizations, updates, and scalable solutions for long-term platform health
• Act as cross-module resource adapting to priority areas based on business needs

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience (5+ years) configuring, supporting, and optimizing Workday Financials modules
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end financial processes: Financial Accounting, Expenses, Business Assets, Banking & Settlement
• Advanced experience with Financial Accounting, Expenses, and Business Assets modules
• Hands-on production support and project delivery in Workday Financials
• Understanding of Workday procurement and Banking processes
• Fluent in English at upper-intermediate level for daily communication
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
