What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and experts to build and maintain automation features.
• Contribute to AI architecture using LLMs, ensuring solutions are safe, reliable, and scalable.
• Develop back-end and front-end code in Python and Typescript for the platform.
• Ship iterative improvements, refine existing code, and integrate with cloud platforms.
• Engage directly with users to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work cross-functionally, review code, and foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Track record of building and maintaining services in Python and Typescript
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks (Pydantic AI, Langchain)
• At least 5 years building scalable SaaS solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Practice of well-documented, modular "kind engineering" code
• Strong attention to detail in code reviews and pull requests
• Interest in user needs, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement
