What you will do
- Lead client advisory engagements, delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance.
- Drive change management to modernize service delivery using technology and best practices.
- Build trusted relationships with client executives and deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee client teams for timely accounting engagements.
- Analyze financial performance, KPIs, profitability, and cash flow with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on integrated solutions like revenue cycle and payroll.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial planning strategies.
- Mentor staff, promoting accountability and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry experience.
- Proven success leading teams through organizational change and process improvement.
- Strong project management, relationship-building, and client-first mindset.
- Experience managing remote teams across geographies.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights.
