What you will do

• Lead client advisory engagements, delivering strategic financial insights and operational guidance.
• Drive change management to modernize service delivery using technology and best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with client executives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Oversee client teams for timely accounting engagements.
• Analyze financial performance, KPIs, profitability, and cash flow with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on integrated solutions like revenue cycle and payroll.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial planning strategies.
• Mentor staff, promoting accountability and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant Public Accounting or industry experience.
• Proven success leading teams through organizational change and process improvement.
• Strong project management, relationship-building, and client-first mindset.
• Experience managing remote teams across geographies.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks Online, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central).
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate insights.
