TL;DR
IT Helpdesk Internship: Support day-to-day hardware and software needs via calls, chats, and tickets with an accent on following IT policies, processes, and SLAs. Focus on delivering customer service, maintaining documentation, and participating in process improvements.
Location: Remote or Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.
Salary: $19.00/hour

What you will do
- Provide customer service support for basic hardware and software issues both on-site and remote.
- Record actions, communications, and resolutions in appropriate systems.
- Maintain knowledge of firm systems, policies, and procedures.
- Review and update documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in process improvements and HelpDesk projects.
- Handle challenging situations professionally.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field; Junior standing preferred.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Prior experience with computer systems or help desk support.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and productivity tools.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
