What you will do

• Manage and prioritize technical support incidents and requests using Zendesk and JIRA.
• Support customers in creating refreshable management reports, forecasts, and financial statements powered by live NetSuite data.
• Assist with the installation, activation, configuration, and optimization of Solution 7 within Excel and NetSuite environments.
• Educate customers on product features, software updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customer feedback for product enhancements.
• Develop and maintain support documentation, including FAQs and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Must be based in Czechia.
• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing customer service role.
• 1+ years of experience with NetSuite financial modules and technical support.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
• 2-3 years of experience with accounting principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
