What you will do
- Set up and configure complex B2B products with advanced functional logic.
- Conduct product demos and lead client training sessions to ensure strong product adoption.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving API requests, JSON, HTTP, and data flows.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on retention and identifying growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with B2B customers.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Success, or Implementation.
- Hands-on experience with complex B2B systems (ERP, CRM, or SaaS).
- Strong technical mindset with the ability to analyze APIs and data flows.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
- Availability to work Monday–Friday, 10:00–18:00 (GMT+3).
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, Postman, or SQL.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Monday, or HubSpot.
- Background in SaaS, cybersecurity, or data-driven products.
