What you will do

• Use Tableau and SQL to monitor utilization data, flag performance concerns, and analyze solutions.
• Analyze CSAT and NPS comments to identify patterns and causes of negative sentiment to improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership and operational stakeholders to review metrics and identify action points.
• Test new applications and updates alongside the Analytics lead to ensure quality standards.
• Work with the Back Office team to develop creative ways to engage members.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, or a related field.
• Independent authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and modify formulas.
• Analytical mindset with a strong interest in the intersection of business operations and analytics.
• Proactive, self-starter attitude and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
