What you will do

• Lead frontend development within a value team, collaborating closely with PMs, designers, and backend engineers.
• Translate designs into accessible, performant, and well-tested production user interfaces.
• Build rapid prototypes to validate product ideas and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Own web performance and optimize Core Web Vitals to increase conversion rates.
• Champion accessibility across the platform, ensuring WCAG 2.2 AA compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the evolution of the company's design system.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in production frontend development, with 3+ years at a senior level in a scale-up or startup.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript, including state management and component architecture.
• Strong fundamentals in HTML semantics, modern CSS (Grid, Flexbox), and browser rendering pipelines.
• Practical experience implementing accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Fluency in measuring and optimizing web performance and Core Web Vitals.
• High maturity in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale monorepos.
• Background in logistics, marketplaces, or B2B SaaS.
• Experience contributing to design systems.
• Experience embedding AI-assisted features.
• Working knowledge of Go.
