What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern banking and financial applications across Core Banking, Branch Banking, and Credit Card platforms.
• Develop scalable microservices and API-based applications, integrating with internal platforms and third-party services.
• Collaborate with Business and System Analysts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices to ensure secure and efficient deployment.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability for high-volume transaction environments.
• Participate in system modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application development experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Java/Spring Boot, Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems (Kafka/MQ).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of secure coding practices and financial system compliance requirements.
• Must be based in Taipei or New Taipei City, Taiwan (In Person).

Nice to have

• Experience in payment or credit card systems.
• Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or GenAI coding assistants.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts.
