Location: Must be based in Hong Kong (Hybrid: 75% in-store, 25% office/remote)

What you will do

• Train Brand Ambassadors and staff on innovation, sales, and service for the Asia Pacific Travel Retail region.
• Coach BA behaviors to ensure best-in-class retail experiences and increase productivity.
• Plan and execute consumer workshops and events, primarily in Greater China.
• Manage training logistics, onboarding sessions, and seasonal training for operators.
• Analyze individual BA productivity and provide feedback to Commercial and Education teams.
• Collaborate on reward and incentive plans and motivation programs for field staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong for 75% in-store presence.
• Proven experience in beauty selling methodology with documented sales achievements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in people management and a passion for self and people development.
• Deep passion for and knowledge of fragrance, makeup, and skincare trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
