What you will do

• Design and build customer-facing features in React/Next.js for 1M+ monthly visitors.
• Own the marketing and analytics integration layer, including pixels, GTM, and Klaviyo.
• Lead technical decisions regarding frontend architecture, performance, and code quality.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers through code reviews and pairing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and marketing to shape requirements.
• Improve and manage site speed performance metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building production React applications with strong expertise in component architecture and state management.
• Proven track record of shipping pixel-perfect, responsive UIs across mobile and desktop.
• Experience with Next.js, Shopify, Shopify Headless, Klaviyo, and TypeScript.
• Experience leading or mentoring other developers.
• Familiarity with headless CMS architecture such as Sanity or Contentful.
• Must be based in Canada.
