What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive web applications using Angular 2+, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Customize and extend the Backbase digital banking platform specifically for credit unions.
• Integrate modern frontend solutions with legacy systems and 3rd party applications.
• Collaborate with teams to develop logical specifications and perform technical analysis.
• Implement large-scale object-oriented applications using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies.
• Conduct peer code reviews and maintain high standards of clean, readable code.

Requirements

• Experience extending and customizing the Backbase digital banking platform.
• Professional experience in the financial services industry, specifically with credit unions.
• Over 7 years of experience in frontend web development.
• Proficiency in Angular 2+, TypeScript, SASS, LESS, and responsive design.
• Experience with JavaScript unit testing tools like Jasmine.
• Must be based in the Americas.

Nice to have

• Full-stack skills with exposure to Node.js, Next.js, Java, or Spring ecosystems.
• Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
