What you will do

• Develop manuscripts supporting public health communication initiatives.
• Prepare technical and scientific reports for program documentation and reporting.
• Draft conference abstracts, summaries, and dissemination materials.
• Create campaign documentation including background materials and communication products.
• Collaborate with research, communications, and program teams to translate complex information.
• Edit and review documents for clarity, accuracy, consistency, and federal standards.
• Coordinate with project leadership and federal stakeholders to meet schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Health, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience preparing technical and scientific reports.
• Demonstrated experience writing manuscripts, reports, and technical documentation.
• Strong ability to translate complex scientific information into clear materials.
• Experience supporting public health or scientific communication initiatives.
