TL;DR
Product Support/QA Specialist (Healthcare): Build, test, and maintain electronic prior authorization (ePA) forms and asset library with an accent on accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance. Location: Orlando, Florida, United States (hybrid schedule available after 120 days of training). Must be eligible to work in the United States; no sponsorship or work authorization available.

What you will do
- Conduct research to identify and validate prior authorization forms using databases and online sources.
- Build and maintain ePA forms and correspondence materials with proprietary tools.
- Test system changes and new features, document defects, and report to developers.
- Participate in product design discussions providing input on requirements and risks.
- Analyze payer content to create compliant question sets aligned with clinical standards.
- Edit PDFs with Adobe Acrobat for formatting, accessibility, and compliance; adhere to HIPAA and data policies.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of prescription drug reimbursement, insurance plans, and prior authorization processes.
- Basic knowledge of prescription drugs, administration, dosages, and classifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, web platforms, and quick adaptation to new systems.
- Exceptional attention to detail for repetitive tasks and strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in specialty pharmacy or managed care with ePA knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
- Experience with ePA systems, PBM platforms, NDC/HCPCS/ICD-10 coding.
- Knowledge of payer policies, QA reviews, HIPAA regulations, and clinical terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines in remote/hybrid settings.
