What you will do

• Oversee core operations processes and standards to ensure high product quality.
• Collaborate with engineers on system enhancements to implement workflow automation.
• Act as a subject matter expert on department standards and operational processes.
• Drive the enhancement of test plans to ensure application functionality meets requirements.
• Build and maintain department metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support other Benefits QA analysts with day-to-day activities and complex requests.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a QA Analyst within a healthcare or health insurance organization.
• Must be based in the United States (implied by US-specific benefits and PBM domain).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and formulas.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Robust analytical skills and experience in detail-oriented data and metrics reporting.
• Strong communication skills for face-to-face meetings and written correspondence.

• Basic level skill and experience with MySQL.
