What you will do

• Identify automation opportunities and build AI agents for legal research, document drafting, and task tracking.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and memory systems.
• Manage both hosted models (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and local/self-hosted models (Ollama, LM Studio).
• Engineer complex workflows using n8n, Make, or Zapier to integrate Microsoft 365, WordPress, and CRMs.
• Deploy and maintain systems via GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, Docker, or AWS.
• Implement security safeguards for data handling, confidentiality, and audit trails.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Next.js.
• Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.
• Practical experience with local LLMs (Ollama) and API integrations.
• Proficiency with GitHub, webhooks, and Docker.
• Experience using automation platforms like n8n or Make.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Sydney time
