What you will do

• Ensure end-to-end grid code compliance for Nordex products.
• Analyze and translate grid code requirements into abstract software requirements and test cases within an agile process.
• Develop internal product specifications and support sales and project phases regarding grid connection.
• Define and execute test plans for quality assurance at the wind farm, turbine, and component levels.
• Collaborate with utilities and customers to shape and clarify grid code requirements.
• Specify new features to optimize compliance and improve internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar compliance or testing role.
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
• Availability to travel.
• Ability to work collaboratively with intercultural teams across functions and geographies.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Spanish and/or German.
