What you will do

• Develop repair solutions for mechanical items and mechatronic modules, including motorized modules and pneumatic actuators.
• Design and create detailed technical drawings and documentation using CAD tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze defective components and implement robust repair methods.
• Perform failure mode analysis to identify root causes and determine effective corrective measures.
• Define full lifecycle repair processes: disassembly, component replacement, reassembly, and tool/jig specification.
• Design dedicated testers and define qualification processes to ensure the reliability of repaired items.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of hands-on experience in developing mechanical and mechatronic items.
• Proficiency in design and drawing using CAD tools.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with material science and structural (stress) analysis.
• Knowledge of metrology and machine control principles.
• Experience working with pneumatics and vacuum systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
