What you will do
- Manage daily operations of field service and application teams.
- Develop organizational technology capabilities and mentor engineers.
- Build structures for knowledge sharing and experience management.
- Develop customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Integrate with sales to communicate the value of products and services.
- Guide solution development and manage project execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in electronic/computer engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading semiconductor field service teams.
- Proven track record in project management and providing problem solutions.
- Knowledge of the semiconductor supply chain and extensive experience with ATE manufacturers.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and market sense.
- Demonstrated confidence and negotiation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
