What you will do

• Monitor and ensure courier partners meet established performance and quality standards.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex courier queries and incidents.
• Support the Operations Team with courier off-boarding and agreement terminations.
• Collaborate with the Support team to maintain consistently high levels of service.
• Interact with third parties regarding courier performance and incident resolution.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a customer service representative.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate partners.
• Ability to act confidently and decisively in challenging situations.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and attention to detail.
