Requirements

• 7+ years professional engineering experience in tech/product-driven companies
• Proficiency in backend languages like Python, Go, Rust, Typescript and distributed systems.
• Experience with high-scale infrastructure, reliability, safety, and performance.
• Interest in AI/ML.
• Ability to thrive in fast-growing companies with loosely defined tasks.
