What you will do

• Support inclusive land reform processes using the Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure (VGGT).
• Develop high-quality training materials and modules for women, Indigenous Peoples, and small farmers.
• Collect and analyze technical, social, and economic data to support program delivery and reporting.
• Manage knowledge by documenting good practices and writing success stories for dissemination.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and hirify.global country offices to implement work plans.

Requirements

• Korean citizenship is mandatory.
• Advanced university degree (Master's) in agriculture, rural sociology, public administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in rural development, knowledge management, or capacity building.
• English proficiency (Level C) and intermediate knowledge of another hirify.global official language.
• Valid English test scores (TOEFL iBT 100, IELTS 7, or equivalent) required.
• Age limit: Not older than 32 as of 31 December 2026.

Nice to have

• Previous experience specifically in land tenure.
• Experience in food security, agriculture, or natural resource management.
• Work experience in multiple locations, particularly in field positions.
