What you will do

• Assist technical teams in implementing payment systems on merchant platforms and instore.
• Provide pre- and post-integration support to merchants, handling queries and issues.
• Identify inefficiencies in operational workflows and propose improvements.
• Analyze and monitor KPIs, order flows, and service levels.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Proficiency with standard tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Database)
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field (IT, Engineering, business, or technical disciplines)
• Positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and eagerness to learn

Nice to have

• Previous experience in similar roles
• Familiarity with tech tools (Jira, AWS, Database Query interfaces)
• Base of SQL
• Knowledge of additional languages (French, Spanish)
