What you will do

• Proactively identify, sign, and nurture emerging songwriters for Korea and global markets.
• Lead songwriting camps, sessions, and creative initiatives across genres.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, and partnerships to drive commercial success.
• Build collaborations with brands, agencies, production companies, and platforms in film, TV, gaming.
• Collaborate with local, APAC, and global teams to align creative output with worldwide strategy.
• Promote the catalog and strengthen industry relationships for maximum songwriter opportunities.

Requirements

• Fluency in Korean and English required; additional APAC languages a plus.
• 2-7+ years in A&R, creative services, music publishing, songwriting, or production.
• Strong network in Korea’s music industry with proven talent signing success.
• Excellent project management and negotiation skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced environment.
• Passion for music, creativity, and innovation.
