What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorizations across modules including ECC, S/4HANA, BW, HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and GRC; collaborate with business managers to refine roles.
- Lead role design using best practices like single-role or composite strategies and least privilege principles.
- Serve as SAP Security subject matter expert, providing guidance to teams and stakeholders.
- Define security considerations for SDLC phases and monitor adherence; enforce API and authentication standards with Zero Trust principles.
- Troubleshoot roles, authorizations, and SOD conflicts; apply mitigations for sensitive access.
- Conduct audits, review patches, resolve issues, and develop standards for M&A activities using GRC tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years in SAP Security analysis, development, and maintenance with leadership experience.
- Strong S/4HANA Security foundation; hands-on with SAP GRC suite, BTP, Identity Authentication, and Provisioning.
- Expertise in S/4 HANA, ECC, BI/BW, PI/PO, EWM, Solution Manager, FIORI; IAM, RBAC, SOD, SOX.
- Experience with GRC tools; understanding of UI Masking/Logging and GDPR.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
