FP&A Analyst (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Manage Project One time tracking and monthly reporting, including expense reviews, intercompany charges, and capital spend classification.
• Execute end-to-end sales compensation payouts, including validation, reconciliation, and SOX compliance.
• Coordinate budget and outlook submissions using OneStream and provide financial commentary for leadership reviews.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis, ideally within a multinational organization.
• Proficiency with SAP and OneStream.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
