Focus on leading planning cycles, developing controlling tools, supporting subsidiaries, and contributing to strategic initiatives.

Location: Porto, PT (Possibility of Working from Home)

What you will do

  • Deliver timely reports on sales, order intake, costs, results, and KPIs; analyze deviations and align corrective actions.
  • Capture requirements and deliver special analyses using database queries, SAP reports, and Excel.
  • Lead planning cycles for order intake, sales, costs, and results; coordinate with managers and consolidate profit centers.
  • Develop new controlling tools, methods, and processes for analysis, planning, and forecasting.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects like result optimization and working capital; act as sub-project lead.
  • Support subsidiaries on services controlling, reporting, and intercompany transactions; handle provisions and valuations.

Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English; German is a plus.
  • Degree in finance, controlling, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in controlling.
  • Experience with SAP CO, FI, and BW.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills.
  • Independent, organized, detail-oriented with stakeholder management experience.

  • Professional or technical leadership experience.
  • Experience in agile or cross-functional projects.
