What you will do

• Design and build scalable AI/ML solutions using Deep Learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices to ensure system maintainability and performance.
• Implement Generative AI use cases, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
• Deliver AI solutions across various business domains including marketing, supply chain, and retail.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on solution architecture.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and DevOps to integrate AI models into production systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8–9.5 years of experience in AI/ML development and delivery.
• Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML solutions.
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and statistical modeling.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini) and Vector Databases.

Nice to have

• Exposure to agentic frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Experience with GCP (preferred) or other major cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow or Vertex AI.
