What you will do

• Monitor the health of the operating system and execute system directives.
• Prepare timely internal reports on system and operational incidents.
• Record daily activities, archive logs, and open production tickets for system issues.
• Meet monthly performance goals regarding accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Participate in testing activities and provide feedback on equipment failures or client concerns.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience as a control room operator or in a similar operational role.
• Proficiency with computer systems and demonstrated experience in data reporting.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
